एमएसएमई से उद्योगपति, बडे खरीदार बना रहे दूरी इंदौर। एमएसएमई के लिए के तहत भुगतान संशोधन में 45 दिन का भुगतान नियम धारा-43बी(एच) के तहत किया गया है। इस विषय पर इंडियन प्लास्ट पैक फोरम ने सेमीनार का आयोजन किया। आयोजन के मुख्य वक्ता  सीए पंकज शाह थे। शानिवार शाम  होटल साउथ ऐवेन्यू में आयोजित इस सेमिनार में बडी संख्या में उद्योगपति और संस्था सदस्य उपस्थित थे।  इंडियन प्लास्ट पैक फोरम ने इंदौर में 45 दिनों में सूक्ष्म और लघु प्रतिष्टानो को भुगतान सम्बंधित आयकर नियमो पर सेमिनार आयोजित किया जिसमे सीए पंकज शाह ने प्रावधानों पर प्रकाश डाला। फोरम के अध्यक्ष सचिन बंसल ने बताया कि हमारे देश में एमएसएमई का अर्थव्यवस्था में बड़ा योगदान है क्यूंकि लगभग १२ करोड़ लोगो को इससे रोज़गार मिलता है और अर्थव्यवस्था में ३० प्रतिशत जीडीपी इस वर्ग का योगदान है. आयकर विभाग द्वारा इस वर्ष से लागु नियम जिसके तहत 45 दिनों के बाद पेमेंट होने पर खर्च को अमान्य करने से एमएसएमई को फायदे के बजाय नुकसान ज्यादा दिख रहा है।  सीए पंकज शाह ने बताया कि माइक्रो और स्माल एंटरप्राइज से माल खरीदने पर उन्हें अधिकतम 45 दिन में पेमेंट
