Industrial Organizations Play a Key Role in Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2023

Guidance of senior IAS and IPS officers for organizing Kite Festival

Senior officials of Indore, Indore Division Commissioner Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma (IAS) and Indore Collector Dr. Ilayaraja T (IAS) taking information about the venue.

The Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) 2023, a grand celebration of the Indian diaspora, witnessed the active participation of prominent industrial organizations. These organizations played a crucial role in the event's success, particularly in the areas of infrastructure beautification and cultural festivities.

One such organization, the Indian Plast Pack Forum (IPPF), took the lead in adorning major intersections in Indore, the host city for PBD 2023. Their efforts transformed the cityscape, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for the event's participants.

In addition to enhancing the city's aesthetics, IPPF also contributed to the organization of the Kite Festival, a cherished tradition during PBD celebrations. Their involvement ensured that the festival was a resounding success, filled with colorful kites soaring across the skies and joyous laughter echoing through the air.

Indore Police Commissioner Shri Harinarayan Chari (IPS) expressed satisfaction over the security arrangements and preparations for the main event in the kite festival.

The commendable efforts of IPPF and other industrial organizations were guided by the able leadership of Mr. Sachin Bansal, President of IPPF. His dedication and expertise were instrumental in coordinating the various contributions of the industrial sector, ensuring a seamless and impactful participation in PBD 2023.


Indore Municipal Corporation Commissioner Smt. Pratibha Pal IAS oversaw the preparations for the event, vintage car exhibition and other arrangements.

The event also received the esteemed patronage of senior IAS and IPS officers from Indore. These distinguished officials, including Indore Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma (IAS), Indore Collector Dr. Ilayaraja T (IAS), and Indore Police Commissioner Shri Harinarayana Chari (IPS) and Indore Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shrimati Pratibha Pal (IAS) graced the event with their presence, offering valuable guidance and support.
