 Meeting with Indore's Newly Elected Mayor On January 29, 2023, a delegation from the Indore Plastic Processors Federation (IPPF) met with the newly elected Mayor of Indore, Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava, to discuss the plastic industry in the city and the 'Say No To Signal Use Plastic' campaign. Following the successful organization of the Global Investor Summit and Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, visited Indore to convene a meeting honoring the various organizations that contributed to the summit and sammelan's success. Meeting With CM Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan On December 17, 2022, Mr. Sachin Bansal, President of the Indian Plast Pack Forum, attended a preparatory meeting held under the guidance of the Honorable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan. The meeting was held to finalize the events to be organized during the Global Investor Summit and Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan. During the meeting, Mr. Bansal had a one-on-one meeting with the Chief Minister and suggested organizing a kite festival for the dignitaries attending the summit. He also requested the Chief Minister to be present during the inaugural function of the summit and witness the kite festival. The Chief Minister agreed to attend the function. The kite festival is expected to be a major attraction for the dignitaries attending the summit. It will be a great opportunity for them to experience the rich culture of Madhya Pradesh.

 Meeting of Industrialists on Industrial Wastewater Treatment  A meeting of various industrialists was arranged in the conference hall of the president's office at Sector-D Sanwer Road Industrial Area to discuss the various provisions and penalties for treatment of industrial waste water. Mr. Pawan Jain Additional Collector Indore addressed the industrialists. The meeting was held on December 29, 2021, and was specifically for plastic industries. The industrialists were informed about the various provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and the penalties for non-compliance. They were also urged to adopt best practices for waste water treatment to minimize their environmental impact. Indore to Open Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology Center P. Raghavendra Rao (Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals), Joint Secretary Kashi Nath Jha, and CIPET Director General Professor Dr. SK Nayak and CIPET Governing Body Members with Team IPPF Indore, the top producer and consumer of plastic in Madhya Pradesh, will soon have its own Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) Center.
